High temperature high tensile strength fiberglass needle mat

Hsu Tai uses a unique process to produce highest quality fiberglass needle mat(fiberglass felt) which is a high-density product made of 100% e-glass glass fiber, where the glass fiber is entangled by

needle punching and reinforced by intertwining used as thermal and acoustic insulation.

Hsu Tai’s unique process provides uniformity of both thickness and density that creates consistent product performance and eliminates thermal breakdown. it provides an excellent source of both thermal and

acoustic insulation used in petrochemical refineries, valve cover fabrication, power appliances, home

appliances, piping system, roofs in building industry, factory facility, motorcycle industry, automotive

applications, and for die-cut applications. Hsu Tai's fiberglass mats are environmentally friendly and

OUR WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES

To fulfill the requirements and needs of our customers, we offer our fiberglass mat as roll goods, and as

cut or laminated in the following versions:

▪Standard
▪Reinforced with glass scrim, fabric, or other textile coating
▪Single or double sided aluminum foil-laminated.
▪Any other laminated facing to the surface of the mat are available upon request.

PACKAGING

Each roll wrapped in PE bag or other packaging best-suited to customer's unique needs.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

▪It is recommended to store packed rolls mats in cool,dry storage area.
▪Products must remain in packing material until just prior to its use.
▪Best conditions temperatures should be from15℃ to 35℃ and relative humidity should be kept between

35% to 75%.
